  • How do I schedule a session?

  • What issues do you work with?

    We support individuals, families, couples of all ages with a range of concerns, including anxiety, stress, grief, relationship challenges, low moods trauma, parenting challenges, conflict resolution, career counselling, life adjustments and more. If you’re unsure whether counselling is right for your situation, we are happy to discuss your needs.

  • How long is each session?

    Our standard sessions are 50-60 minutes in length, however we can extend to 90min sessions if required.

  • Do you accept medical aid?

    We are contracted with most medical aids (too many to list) so we submit claims directly. We also accept Card Payments on premise, EFT and QR Payments. Our facilities operate on a cashless system; therefore, we do not accept cash payments.

  • How many sessions will I need?

    This varies from person to person. Some people find that a few sessions provide the clarity they need, while others benefit from longer-term support. 


  • Are sessions conducted online or in person?

    We do both! We offer in person sessions in Fourways, Kyalami and Roodepoort. Our online sessions use almost any platform including Google Meet, WhatsApp or phone. This allows for flexibility and comfort, so you can access support from a space where you feel at ease.


  • What if I don’t know where to start?

    That’s completely okay. Many people feel this way at the beginning. Our Registered Counsellor will gently guide the conversation and help you explore your thoughts and emotions at a pace that feels safe and comfortable for you.

  • Is counselling confidential?

    Yes, most definitely! Confidentiality is a fundamental aspect of our practice. Everything shared in our sessions remains private, except in situations where we are legally required to take action, such as safeguarding concerns.

  • Are the counsellors good?

    Absolutely! Our counsellors are highly skilled, qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to providing professional support tailored to your needs. Each of them is registered with the Health Professionals Council of South Africa (HPCSA) and have expert skills and experience to create a safe, supportive space for your personal growth and well-being.   • Do I need to prepare for my first session?

    No preparation is needed. Simply come as you are, and we will explore whatever feels most important to you. There is no right or wrong way to begin—this space is for you.

  • What can I expect from the first session?

    The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other, explore what has brought you to counselling, and discuss your goals. It’s also an opportunity for you to ask any questions and see if the approach feels like the right fit for you.

  • Do we have to be married to do couples counselling?

    Not at all! Couples counselling is for any two people in a relationship who want to strengthen their connection, improve communication, or navigate challenges—whether you're married, engaged, dating, or in a long-term partnership. The focus is on supporting your relationship in a way that feels meaningful to you both.

  • Do you charge different rates for individuals, families, couples and online?

    We charge one standard rate of R798 for a 50-60min session. The rate is the same for individuals, couples, families, adults, children, online or in person. This ensures simplicity and transparency in pricing . 

  • Do you provide counselling for companies?

    Yes! We offer counselling services for companies looking to support employee well-being and mental health. Whether it's individual counselling for staff, group sessions, or workplace wellness programs, we can tailor our services to meet your organisation's needs. Feel free to contact us to discuss how we can support your team.

  • Do you provide training?

    Yes, we offer training on various mental health and well-being topics. Our training sessions can be tailored for individuals, groups, schools or organisations, covering areas such as stress management, resilience building, communication skills, empathy, bullying, mental health awareness and much more. If you're interested in a specific topic or a customised workshop, feel free to reach out—we'd be happy to discuss your needs!
